Data processing when visiting this website

The webserver saves the following data automatically when you visit this site:
- Information about the browser
- Information about the operating system
- IP address of the user
- Time and date of access
- Transmitted files and number of transmitted bytes
- Websites which refer the user to our site

No other processing of this data takes place, nor do we merge this data with other data sources.
The foundation for collecting this data is Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR for ensuring the functionality of this website.

The data will be deleted once it has served its purpose for collection. In the case of collecting data for serving the webpage it will be deleted once the respective session has ended.

Data saved in log files will be deleted no later than seven days. Further archival is possible. In that case the IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymized so that tracing of the client is no longer possible.

Using our website without collection of this data is not or only partially possible, hence there is no way for the user to file an objection to this practice.

Data processing in case of contact and basis for collection

We collect personal data which you transmit to us when you contact us. This data is only saved and used for replying to your request.
Legal basis for this practice is our legitimate interest in answering your request as outlined in Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Your data will be deleted after replying to your request as soon as it can be inferred that it has been answered conclusively, but at the latest when you object to storing and processing of your data, and no statutory storage periods apply.

Revocation of consent to data collection

Some processes concerning data collection are only possible with your explicit consent. A revocation of your consent is possible any time. Revocation is possible informally by email or standard mail. This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

In accordance with the GDPR you have the following rights to us:
- Information concerning the data we collect about you, and the nature of the data processing (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correction of incorrect personal data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR)
- Deletion of personal data we collect about you (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restrict usage of your personal data by us (cf. also Art. 18 GDPR)
- Receiving copies of your stored personal data by us (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR)
- Revocation of consent for processing your personal data (cf. also Art. 21 GDPR)

Transfer of personal data to third parties

We do not transfer personal data to third parties provided we are not required by law or court to do otherwise.
For web hosting and email communication we rely on external service providers. We did sign processing contracts with them based on Art. 28 GDPR. The service providers will not transfer personal data to third parties.

Right to complain to a supervisory authority

You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in case of a violation of the GDPR, e.g. to the responsible authority of your residence or to the authority responsible for us.
